The Faster The Better?
Speed is the Word that marks our time. Everybody is in a hurry to go somewhere, to do something, to see somebody. Industry is constantly demanding new inventions that will “speed up” production, and the constant cry of the bosses to workmen is “Speed it up!” The maker of automobiles has as his proudest boast that the newest type of car goes faster than the old models. Shoppers push and shove each other all about the counters in a hurry to get something for nothing. People going to school, shop, or office rush breathlessly to unimportant tasks. They gulp their food and swallow it in haste. Restless “hunters of fun” crowd into places of entertainment. Most of this people cannot sit still. At a movie, they tap their feet or wiggle their tongues or click their teeth or gum, at a dance, they swing and whirl madly. It is hurry up time we are in.
Everybody is trying to do as many things as they possibly can. Trying to do all this things as fast as they can, in order to make time for doing other things; and at the end of the day, if we stop and think how many of this actions that we were so worried about will really influence our lives in a future. I bet we will notice that all the things we were so hurried to do were just a waste of time, or they didn’t worth all the hurry.
Things done in a non hurry and calmed way are always better done and have better results than things done in a hurry. For example if we sit down, and study in a calmed, quiet place. We give this action the time it needs, with no hurries or worries; and we will have a better result, than if we try to study while doing other things in order to win time. At the end, the only thing this rush will bring will be things done in the wrong way, and in the industry point of view things done in the wrong way will affect many peoples lives and in consequence it will lead to major problems.
In car industry newer car models are always little faster than older models, this is a positive aspects because we can get faster to our locations but also has a very negative aspect, which could lead to, never getting anywhere. As a car goes faster, it increases the chances of crashing, and the chances of dying in a car accident.
There are also people who do many things at the same time, but without noticing it, in an unconscious way. This people do “small actions” at the same time they do a “bigger” one, for example: In a cinema while watching a film, they are playing with their feet or playing with their hands; or simply while having a conversation with other person, they are seeing somewhere else, thinking of other things, or tapping their feet. This people are the kind of person who can’t sit still they are very nervous people, which finally end doing the “bigger action” wrong because at some point they are thinking of the “smaller one”.
Concluding doing things in a rush, or doing many things at the time, is not the solution to make things well done, better, and faster. It is just a way of doing wrong actions in a fast way.

Fast or Slow what's better for you?

People in actual society dont take a moment to relax or calm down because they say they dont have time, and they are doing everything in a verry fast way just to have time to do other things and at the end of the day or at the next day, when they start thinking of what they have done all day, they realise they have done so many things that weren't important that they start complaning, or they start complaning of the fact that they did it in the wrong way and have to do it again. For example when u have to much homework and u say "GOD I DONT HAVE TIME TO DO ALL THIS" and start to run from here to there doing homework when u still have one or 2 days to do it, later when u deliver your work the teacher tells you to do it again because you have many mistakes or you didnt made a good analisis of the text, then back at home you start shouting and complaining saying the teacher is wrong or something like that when the bad work was done by you.
Now in the other hand, in this actual accelarated and impulsive society we have a little group of people that take their time to make things because they know that if they do everything in a fast way it will end wrong, while they can do it in a slow and well thinked way, using in a 100% there time. In the end this people are the ones that have more time and can do what they want with there extra time, while the others are worried of not being able to finish in time.
But also we have the ones that dont have time not because they have somethings to do for school but also have to things for other things they enjoy doing or need to do, like hobbies or medical orders.
This persons are the ones that have to make a great effort and dont have a lot of time to do their things or to relax. To have a posibilitie of doing all what they want they must order their times, a way of doing this is to use an agenda in which they can organise all what they have to do in which time and order this wont give them to much time but will work better than doing everything one day before. This isn't verry good for them because as they do what they like they are also using their energy and at the end they become nervous persons that are the ones that cant sit still and relax and say that they need to do something or move and are always in a rush.
To conclude, people must know what they are doing and do it in a calm , well organised and in a well thought way, this is the clue that will lead you to a happy and calm end giving you some time to rest and start doing your next work in a calm state.

To speed up or not speed up?

Speed is the Word that marks our time. Everybody is in a hurry to go somewhere, to do something, to see somebody. Industry is constantly demanding new inventions that will “speed up” production, and the constant cry of the bosses to workmen is “Speed it up!” The maker of automobiles has as his proudest boast that the newest type of car goes faster than the old models. Nowadays, we live in a world marked by one word: “speed”. Everybody does things as quickly as they can in order to “eran” time. But, as they do this, they are not really earning time, they are spending time in a wrong way. It is said that “time is gold”, if so, we have to spend it in a very responsible way.
For example, we always see adults that do everything very quickly because they are always in a hurry. They have breakfast in a very fast way, while they read the newspaper, while they talk to their families, and while they do plenty of things. As they do lots of things together, none of all tose things are web done. Bue they HAVE TO eran time. After “having breakfast”, they go quickly to work, because they have “an important meeting”. And while they are in that meeting, they are in a hurry, because they have to go to another one, and they are late! As adults do all things together and in a hurry, they usually do them wrong.
Another case of doing everything in a hurry are teenagers. They always want to do everything, and to do so, they do things very quickly. First, they go to school. After school, they study and do their homeworks very quickly because they have to do recreational activities, such as going out with friends, playing sports, chat on the computer, between others. And as they do everything together and quickly, they can’t do things well.
In car industry, for example, their only interests are to bring up faster cars. Of course, it is good to get faster to the places we want to go. But, on the other hand, the fact that cars are faster is not that good because the possibilities of accidents increase. Industries also want to speed their production up. Of course, it is really good to make products in a shorter period of time. But, faster production, generally means worse qualities.
All these facts show us that things maden in a fast way are generally not well done. Things done in a calm way are usually better done, and they have better results.
To conclude with, we can now say that we live a life that is marked by the speed of the world. People do things together and in a quickly way, what generally brings with it not very good results. We can also say that it is really better to do things calmed and one by one, not all things together.

Nowadays it seems that people do not have enough time to do things that they have to do, or that they would like to do such as a hobby , sport or have a coffee with friends. But why does it happens?

One of the reasons has to do with the style of life that you want or you were taught to have. If since you are a child you see your parents over a rush from one place to another, not leaving free time to spend with him or doing other things, always saying that they do not have time, probably when this child grow up he will think that this is the only way we can live, and the correct way to do it. But is this the correct way to live?

Living in a hurry is not good for any person. If we think on the healthy problems that this could bring beggining with eating fast food, or not eating because "you do not have time", there are lots of consequences. Also there is many people that take medicines or drink energizers in order to aboid tiredness, fatigue and even sleepiness.
The majority of people work all day long because they need the money, or because ambition. But money and a good job are not the only things that matters in life. Little things of life make it bigger. We should not sacrifice happiness and satisfaction of the present for a couple more of hours at work and money.

Our body needs to do activities to relax, such us playing sports or reading a book at home. So instead of having new inventions to speed up production why do not we stop and think a moment what is that we want for ours lives. Think at the end of the day which of all of th
ose things that we have done through the day are important for us.
It is easy for us to fill our lives of activities and then complain about the fact that we do not have any time left.It is important to reach a balance between work and free time activities, for that you need to know which are your priorities, necesities and hopes. You are the owner of your time, take advantage of it in the better way you can. It does not mean, for example, that if you had spent all the day doing things you had used your time in the most productive form.

Speed in Life.

Humanity has always been one of the main responsible of changes in the World. As years passed, the man has seen as a necessity to go faster than the others, making life nothing more than a race. And in any race, the one which goes faster wins everything. So the main idea is not ``Life`` but ``Speed``. But, if we ``speed up`` our ``lives``, what prize would we get? Would we really be the champions?
If you live in a big city you can see that people, executives generally, walk from one place to another in order to solve a (personal) problem or to get to a meet in time. Also this can be seen in industry, where workers are under pressure of their bosses who demand them to do things in impossible deadlines. This is also present in our daily live, without caring if we work or not, as everybody has a hurry to get the last product before the other person does. People have changed their important tasks, such as being with the family, enjoying little things of life and working the NECESSARY time to live and not to have abundant money.
Nowadays, nobody knows exactly why people work all day long. Some do it because of money, others because they do not have anything more interesting to do and others because they have reduced their life only to work. But, the main reason why people live in a hurry up time is because they can not sit still for an instant, as a result of the society where we live ,which tell us what to do in order to fit in an structured social model.
As Speed is the word that marks our time, people have gone blind with the idea that money makes happiness. Because of this what only matters is to go faster everyday so you van get ``happiness`` before your time comes. But this massive delirium cannot end well, as things done in a calm way are always done better than the ones done without reflecting first.
To conclude with, speed is not bad but is not good in extreme. Speed is just a help for our daily life and the use of it must be moderated or we will end in the middle of confusion and complains about the lack and the excess of free time. ``Time is gold``, just as life is gold, and in order to use ``Speed`` in our lives we must be careful as opportunities we will have thousands but our life, just one.

Nowadays, people think that all the day is not enough to do all the plans they have.So as a consecuence of that, people make everything quickly, in a hurry and they don`t enjoy any of them.If it is not work, is gym, or domestic activities, or children, or school, a sport, what ever. And if we think a little we can notice that things that are done quietly and calm are better done and have better results.
If we analice our society situation, added to the topic we can say that is all related.Adults drive faster, and cars are also progressing to go faster. So industry have to do with this. Many accidents are produce by them.We have to be prudent and carefull that cars and speed.
Also technology is progressing really quickly and also that afects to our behaviour in front of the way people live.People don`t have walks, or meet friends;a short and quick phone conversation are enough.
It is also common that we do many things together and we don`t notice it.While we are chating, we think on what we are goning to do after, or what are the plans for the weekend. And maybe the person that is talking to us really needs our atention. But we are in our world and don`t pay atention to others.
To conclude, all this problems are the cause of many illnesses.People don`t have time to relax, to pass time with their friends or family, and they get stress and have serious health problems such as heart attack.People have to be consious of the time they will dedicate to each activity and have control of the personal speed and the velocity that we what that our life have.

I’m the one who controls “you”

Speed is the word that marks our time. Everybody is in a hurry to go somewhere, to do something, to see somebody. At a movie, they tap their feet or wiggle their tongues or click their teeth on gum; at a dance, they swing and whirl madly. It is a hurry-up time we are in.

We all need time, and not just few, but a lot. Time has become an important part of our dairy life, and it seems that it has also become the boss of our life. It is like an imaginary voice around us telling what we should do first, then, and later. Everyday, we are competing with it, everyday, we have a pile of things to do, and the only way to finish them on time, is to hurry up.

When we are in a public place, or just walking down the street; we can always hear people complaining about time. We can see students angry and complaining that they don’t have enough time to do their homework, mothers going out from supermarkets in a hurry to come back home and prepare food for their children, fathers driving each time faster and faster to arrive work; everybody is sleeping less and working more. As soon as we finish doing something, we continue doing others. As we can see, we are becoming automatic robots, and what we should do, is all programmed.

Because of this, we are missing and not noticing that we are not putting attention to important things of our life. These “things”, are like your friends, your family, and what you like. As we are so occupied in doing works, in a way we are isolating ourselves from the community. We are cutting all the relationships we have, because we don’t spend time on it. One day, if we finish doing all the works we have, and having nothing to continue doing; we will discover that our life is miserable, and that it doesn’t have any sense. Time is priceless. We should seize each day, each hour, each minute, and each second. When I say to seize it, I don’t mean just to spend time to do what you like or to be with your friends, but to learn how to be well organized, and know when is the moment to work and when is the moment to laid-back.

Time is like a marathon competition. We have to run up to the end to win the race, but in the middle, we have to know when to slow down our speed so that we have enough stamina to arrive to the end. Therefore, in life we have many moments in which we have to speed up, but we have to know when to slow down.

How much time do I have left?

Speed is the word that marks our time. Everybody is in a hurry to go somewhere, to do something, to see somebody. Industry is constantly demanding new inventions that will “speed up” production, and the constant cry of the bosses to workmen is “Speed it up!” The maker of automobiles has as his proudest boast that the newest type of car goes faster than the old models. At a movie, they tap their feet or wiggle their tongues or click their teeth on gum; at a dance, they swing and whirl madly. It is a hurry-up time we are in.

Times have changed for sure, and this has brought with it the problem that we do not have a lot of time. This is due, principally to the industrial development. In the early 1900’s, at the peak of the second phase of the industrial revolution, people would take their daily tasks in a much calmer way than nowadays. Trips lasted longer, and people would also take their time, to eat in family. We can justify this affirmation, by saying that families were more numerous, and, in a way, distances were bigger; although it is also true that this is seen from a present point of view, and, whats more, it responds to a very important cultural factor, that is, progresively, getting lost in time.

As everything in life, this speed-up-process has its pros and cons. One of the positive aspects we can mention of it, is that, for example, with the creation of fast food, and faster cars, people can eat faster and get to their jobs, right on time. In contrast to this, fast food contain too much fat, salt and sugar. The food is not always what is said to be, and uses a lot of packaging, that will be thrown on the ground, if the food is not eaten within the restaurant. People would usually not take the time to throw the packaging in the dustbins, so the streets, usually have a whole carpet with litter from fast food restaurants. Regarding the cars’ speed, it bears mentioning that, in the last years, the rate of car accidents have noticeably increased, for exceeding the velocity limits, for being in a hurry.

Nowadays, competitivity is one major factor, by which being in a hurry, has become so common. It definitely seems that most people are in a hurry to get started, to complete a certain task, which normally requires quite a lot of time, and, last but not least, in a hurry to see results. Is this really the way to go? Will always being in a hurry actually get you far? The answer is no. Being in a hurry makes you lose time, instead of gaining it. For example, how many extra trips to the grocery store do you have to make because you did not make a list due to being in a hurry?

In conclusion, we can consider that speed is not only a characteristic word of our time, but it has been important since man existed on Earth. What is for sure, is that although we will progresively have less time, and more obligations to fulfill, bosses will still be demanding, cars will get faster and faster, and we will always have an excuse to be in a hurry. The endless war against time, will always be present, and we have to be aware that many times, it is a war that we cannot win. Besides this, what is never going to change, is our will to face new challenges, and try to solve them in the best possible way.

The Next Time

Speed is the word that marks our time. Everybody is in a hurry to go somewhere, to do something, to see somebody. At a movie, they tap their feet or wiggle their tongues or click their teeth on gum; at a dance, they swing and whirl madly. It is a hurry-up time we are in.

I saw mum and dad today. They were really exhausted. There was a strong tiredness reflected in their eyes. Dad can barely walk because of his slipped discs. He should have rested for at least a month, but he couldn’t do it. He just stayed in bed for a week and could not stand it anymore. He had to work a lot, and time was not enough. I heard him scream the whole night because of the pain. And mum woke up at 5, after she went to sleep at 12 yesterday, when she worked the whole day in that unbearable pharmacy, as usually. Today she saw me, but she forgot to give me a kiss. She’s always thinking about something else, about something that she forgot to do. No fun for them, you know. Wake up. Work. Come home. Eat. Sleep. Wake up again. It’s time. Time for what? Time to make money and spend it in your children, in their school, their education, their fun, their lives? That’s it? Children are the ones who have a lifetime? It starts and dies with them? Well, it shouldn’t be like that. As far as I now, adults have a heart beating inside. And not only during January, but everyday. And it beats faster and faster every time. Hoping for more experiences, eager to meet more landscapes, and expecting something more about life. But after years and years and decades of hard work, they end up living in those asylums where they only wait for death to come. Who has ever thought life would get as bitter as that? Is that what we want?

Industries, technology, computers, internet and globalization. And don’t forget about mobiles, beepers and mp3 players. Money. If you stop and think about it, we want to hurry things to get more money in short times. The Industrial Revolution is an excellent example. Why spend so much money in industries, if men can do it with their own hands!? Obviously, you WON’T have to do it. That machine will replace you, and you will be able to get another better job. You can be whatever you want. You can choose… but remember: if you want to live with luxuries, pleasures and the have the latest technologies or maybe travel around the world, you will have to get a good job that gives you a LOT of money. Work like an animal and you will be happily ever after. We are machines ourselves after all, which depend on the time they have, to give their best. To give their entire potential, till their wires cut and the screen doesn’t work anymore. Is that it, really? Is that what we want? Live for the time, and live for the money?

Stop and think about the things you do during your week. Just one day, after it’s late and you only want to go to sleep. How does your body feel? Your mind? Your stomach, your back, your feet? Does it aches somewhere? Are you are worried about something? Are you reading this quickly because you have to read other articles, and time is not enough? Is it time ENOUGH? Are you asking yourself now what time it is? Are you asking yourself what time it is THE WHOLE TIME? You deserve some space and some air. Forget about the time. Care about you. Do what you want, for at least today. It won’t hurt anybody. And take a minute to think about this. Money, after all, is very similar to the time, right? We depend on the time we have to do things and we depend on the money we have to do things. We can change that. We know that we have to make an effort to earn money, and it’s not easy, but at the end, if we use it well, it’s worth it. That’s the point. We must know how to use money, as we must know how to take advantage of time. We are humans, and we need to fill our spirits. Buy some chocolates to share with your children. Organise a short trip to any place you want. Enjoy the money you have made, in a healthy way, to make it worth it. To make that time worth it. That hard working time we’ll be useless if you don’t make a beautiful memory of it.

It is true that we’re always on a hurry. We can’t deny it. We’re all expecting something to happen, something that will make our emotions exploit. Life comes with promises and roads to walk. It’s us who must carry them out and move our legs. Time limits us, just like money, and if we learn how to handle it, it won’t be that stressful. It will be great. So let’s enjoy time. Let’s do something that we want. Remember that time passes in front of our eyes, and you won’t be able to jump after they are already closed. Enjoy.

This lack of time makes people do thing faster and faster and when you do thing like that, many times they don’t have good results.
Life has lots of activities, in which people want to take part. The most common thing are: work, schools, sports and familiars meetings. Do we have time to do all this things? It is difficult to organize all this activities in only one day, that’s why we have a week. Seven days are enough? I think that they are not, that’s why we always are in a hurry.
In the case of adolescents, who go to college double shift; do not have enough time to make a sport, study, do recreational activities with friends or other activities that they like and want to do. We can’t forget they need to rest; many people say that for this they have weekend, and during the five days of the week in which time can they rest, if they are still studyng at 12 o’clock in the midnight?
Another example would be that parents, who work long hours in order to get money to maintain their families, also they have the right to have a little distraction and leave their routine hardly ever. Do sports is a good option as it is said than lengthens life.
Today people are increasingly a. they do everything faster and faster, and every time we have more activities, and we have less time to do them. one of the most common example is the case of the traffic in any street or avenue. Nowadays they are always full and it requires large amounts of time to pass them; the supermarket is another complication, long hours of queuing up to pay and this happens in most of the commercial locals.
Which would be the solution to solve these problems of time? There are two options: the first is to reduce the amount of activities and the second is to have more time to carry them out. May be increased one day to the weekend could be a good idea.
In conclusion, what is worrying is that everything is so fast that there is no time to enjoy what you are doing. hen you realize, he thing you were waiting to happen already passed and you never notice it. It’s really sad to think about it. It’s time to think what we can do and find a solution because life is to enjoy it and live it, not to be hurry.

Nowadays more than ever it seems like everybody is runnig to somewhere that even they doesn´t now what it is. Everybody is in a hurry to do different tipes of things and the quicky they do it the best, so they can have time to do more things up to the end of the day. They give a lot of importance to their future, and they are losing the sense of living the moment
Few people give the necessary time to have a coffe with a friend, to play football with his son, to sit down and talk with his daughter about her problems. Is sad to see how people is living behind those things that really matters in our life just to do other things that at the end we realise that are not so important and that those things are not the things that make us happy. Why don´t we just relax for a moment and enjoy the things that makes us happy, that things that we don´t need effort to do them, that things that does not estress us.Why do we have to run? For what?
In my opinion I like to live every day, every minute, every second, I think we have to stop thinking so much in our future. At the end you´ll realise that you ´ve spent all your life thinking in what is next instead of enjoying what it is happening now in THIS moment.

Hurry Up!

Nowadays, because of technology, most of the products are designed to make someone’s life faster and easier, and companies start competing with each other to see who makes the product that makes something faster and easier, and we are caught in the middle. This constant competition has the consequence that we can’t get used to something because something new is always coming out, and we get carried away and is very difficult to stop and to realize what we are doing because we don’t put effort on most of the things that we do, and then we completely forget about something we were very worried about 2 hours ago.
In big cities, you see people eating unhealthy food because it’s cooked faster than the other food, walking and talking by phone at the same time, constantly checking the time and you hear car’s horns being blown all the time etc. All because they try to get somewhere in time and because they have to do things faster they do many things at the same time. They do this because of exigencies at work which may also cause stress; Stress may cause psychological and physical illnesses.
When somebody does the same things every day he or she starts doing it without thinking and thinks, “why not hurry up thing a little?”, and does something else at the same time. But when we do things without thinking very hard, we end up doing that thing wrong and ends up in something we didn’t wanted to happen or in something that was the reason why we were doing the first thing; for example, a man drives from his house to work doing the same route every day, at one point he does it without thinking and starts to talk on the phone, and doesn’t pay attention to the driving and he crushes.
To conclude, today everybody is in a hurry because they have to go somewhere else, do something else, think about something else, and in the end we never stop thinking like this, so we are always chasing something else, and when we catch it we start chasing other thing and this goes on and on; we chase something every time faster and faster. Sometimes we chase many things at the same time and we don’t catch any of them. And sometimes we use something that will help us go faster and catch what we are chasing, but then we start chasing everything that can help us go faster and then we forgot about what we were looking for in the first place.

The Next Time

Speed is the word that marks our time. Everybody is in a hurry to go somewhere, to do something, to see somebody.

I saw mum and dad today. They were really exhausted. There was a strong tiredness reflected in their eyes. Dad can barely walk because of his slipped discs. He should have rested for at least a month, but he didn't do it. He stayed in bed for a week and could not stand it anymore. He had to work, and time was not enough. I heard him scream the whole night because of the pain. And mum woke up at 5, after she went to sleep at 12 yesterday, when she worked the whole day in that unbearable pharmacy, as usually. Today she saw me, but she forgot to kiss me.

Money. If you stop and think about it, we want to hurry things to get more money in short time. The Industrial Revolution is an excellent example. Why spend so much money in industries, if men can do it with their own hands!? Obviously, you WON’T have to do it. That machine will replace you, and you will be able to get a better job. You can be whatever you want. You can choose, but remember: if you want to live with luxuries, pleasures and have the latest technologies or maybe travel around the world, you will have to get a good job that gives you a LOT of money.

Are you worried about something? We must know how to use money, as we must also know how to take advantage of time. We are humans, and we need to fill our soul.

It depends on us to carry them out and move our legs. Time limits us, just like money, and if we learn how to handle it, it won’t be that stressful. It will be great. So let’s enjoy time. Let’s do something that we want. Remember that time passes in front of your eyes, and you won’t be able to jump after they are already closed. Enjoy.

At a movie, they tap their feet or wiggle their tongues or click their teeth or gum, at a dance, they swing and whirl madly. It is hurry up time we are in.
Nowadays, we live in a world marked by one word: “speed”. Everybody does things as quickly as they can in order to “earn” time. But, as they do this, they are not really earning time, they are spending their time in a wrong way. It is said that “time is gold”, if so, we have to spend it in a very responsible way because it is valuable.
For example, we always see adults that do everything very quickly because they are in a hurry. They have breakfast in a very fast way, while they read the newspaper, and at the same time, they talk to their families; as happens with breakfast, adults do lots of things at the same time. As all things are done together, none of them are well done. But they still say they HAVE TO eran time. After “having breakfast”, they go quickly to work, because they have “an important meeting”. And while they are in that meeting, they are also in a hurry, because they have to go to another meeting, and they are late! As adults do all things together and in a hurry, they usually do them wrong or they do not get as good results as they could.
Another case of doing everything in a hurry are teenagers. They always want to do everything, and to do so, they do things very quickly. First, they go to school. After school, they study and do their homeworks very quickly because they have to do recreational activities, such as going out with friends, playing sports, chat on the computer, between others. And as they do everything very quickly, they can’t do things well, and they got bad results in all the activities.
In car industry, for example, their only interests are to bring up faster cars. Of course, it is good to get faster to the places we want to go. But, on the other hand, the fact that cars are faster is not that good because the possibilities of accidents increase a lot. Industries also want to speed their production up. Of course, it is really good to make products in a shorter period of time. But, faster production, generally means worse quality.

In the case of adolescents, who go to college double shift; they do not have enough time to make sports, study, do recreational activities with friends or other activities that they like and want to do.
Today people are doing everything faster and faster, and every time we have more activities, and we have less time to do them.
In coclusion, what is worrying is that everything is so fast that there is no time to enjoy what you are doing. When you realize, the thing you were waiting to happen already passed and you never notice it. It’s really sad to think about it. It is time to think what we can do and find a solution because life is to enjoy it and live it, not to be hurry.

But which is the correct one?

Living in a hurry is not good for nobody. If we think on the healthy problems that this could bring beggining with eating fast food, or not eating because "you do not have time" there are lots of consequences.

Think at the end of the day which of all of those things that we have done during the day are important for us.
It is easy to fill our lives of activities and then complain about the fact that we do not have any time left. It is important to reach a balance between work and free time activities, for that you need to know which are your priorities, necesities and hopes. You are the owner of your time, take advantage of it in the better way you can. It does not mean, for example, that if you had spent all the day doing things you had used your time in the most productive form.

Beat the rush

Many people think that the more things done in short time, the better. They never stop to think; maybe if they do less things in the same time paying more attention to each one, they will be done with more care and the result may be a lot better.
Always being in a hurry isn’t good for our health. Its consequences might be forgetting things, or getting angry for any tiny little problem that appears. There are a lot of cases when people have to take some time off work to take it easy for some days because they have hurried too much for too many days. How could you avoid this? Well, first of all you should always have breakfast. Take your time to begin your day properly. Besides this you can use your weeks given for holidays, you may ask your boss if you could reduce your working hours, and always when you come home from work, try not to think about problems at work. Working time is for working, home time is for you and your family. Take it easy and don’t rush.
No one has time for a relaxing day at home with their families because they always have something to do. If it isn’t work, it’s some other activity. That’s why many take advandage of Fridays and Saturdays and have dinner with their kids, but instead of talking about the day, they watch TV. If children see their parents rushing all the time, they will do the same thing, because children learn from their parents.
As I said at the beginning, why rush? Take your time and you will see that things will be done in a more proper way and people will be more satisfied with the results. You will also be able to relax and have a good time with people around you because you won’t be so speeded up. Think about it. I am sure you will sleep better at night if you know that people are proud of your work.

I’m the one who controls “you”

We all need time, and not just few, but a lot. Time has become an important part of our dairy life, and it seems that it has also become the boss of our life. It is like an imaginary voice around us telling what we should do first, then, and later. Everyday, we are competing with it; everyday, we have a pile of things to do, and the only way to finish them on time, is to hurry up.

Because of this, we are not taking into account that we are not putting attention to important things in our life. These “things”, are like your friends, your family, and what you like. As we are so occupied in doing works, in a way, we are isolating ourselves from the community. We are cutting all the relationships we have, because we don’t spend time on it. One day, if we finish doing all the works we have, and have nothing to continue doing; we will discover that our life is miserable, and that it doesn’t have any sense. Time is priceless. We should seize each day, each hour, each minute, and each second. When I say to seize it, I don’t mean just to spend time to do what you like or to be with your friends, but to learn how to be well organized, and know when is the moment to work and when is the moment to relax.

Time is like a marathon competition. We have to run up to the end to win the race, but in the middle, we have to know when to slow down our speed, so that we have enough stamina to arrive to the end. Therefore, in life we have many moments in which we have to speed up, but we have to know when to slow down.

These days things have changed a lot with the new technologies. It seems like if we depends on technology for everything, it tends to dominate us and even replace us. People little by little is forgeting the things that are essencial in life. Children prefers the new play station that went on the market than a hug from his parents.

Nowadays more than ever seems like everybody is runnig to somewhere that even they doesn´t now what it is. Everybody is in a hurry to do different types of things and the faster they do it the best. So they can have time to do more things up to the end of the day. They give a lot of importance to their future, and they are losing the sense of living the moment.

Few people give the necessary time to have a coffe with a friend, to play football with his son, to sit down and talk with his daughter about her problems. Is sad to see how people is living behind those things that are the ones that fill us in life, to do other things that at the end we realize that are not so important and that those things are not the things that make us happy. Why don´t we just relax for a moment and enjoy the things that makes us happy, that things that we don´t need effort to do them, that things that does not estress us.Why do we have to run? For what?

In my opinion I like to live every day, every minute, every second, I think we have to stop thinking so much in our future. At the end you´ll realize that you ´ve spent all your life thinking in what is next instead of enjoying what it is happening now in THIS moment.

VIDEO GAMES

In my opinion, video games have their bad things as it also have their good things. It all depends in the type of game and the mature of who is playing it. Is not the same a child playing a game where you have to kill everyone to win, which probably can become a bad influence on the formation of minors; than playing a game where you can learn to reason , to act quickly in front of some situacions, among other things. As it´s not the same a little boy playing with violent games than an adult that is supposed to be more mature and that can realise it´s only a game far from reality.

I think that is a way of having fun and we can´t say that someone is inmature for playing with video games. I personally don´t find them interesting at all but that doens´t mean I will criticize those who like playing with the playstation or with computer games. Perhaps other people enjoy doing that things and that´s ok. What it´s bad is when you get to an exes, and it began to be an addiction such as can be alcohol or drugs. Sometimes this addition can take children to become like zombies who the only thing that can do is to handle the controls of the playstation or the keyboard of the computer and neglect their studies, their relationships and other thing like doing exercise, something very important for their health. Spending too much time infront of the screen can also cause psychologycal problems, can make you more agressive as you can learn bad behaviours with some games and as I said before, if you are not mature enough to distinguish between what is good and bad it can interfeer in the formation of you´re personality. That is why it´s important that parents or perhaps their older brothers control the time children spend playing with this things and put them a limit per day. And also control that the game they are playing is appropiate to their age.

Video games are nothing more than another way to have fun, as long as we are aware of the time we spent playing with them and that it is nothing more than a game where all we can see is ficcion and nothing more.
